Here is what you should know about me: I am a partner in my firm’s Nevada office, and I pride myself on being approachable; always taking the time to talk to my clients and give them an honest assessment of where things stand.

Over the past decade I have been fortunate to earn experience and success in most aspects of civil litigation, including general liability, construction, insurance coverage, premises liability, personal injury, and commercial trucking and transportation. I have extensive experience representing national developers and general contractors in residential and commercial construction litigation, counseling my clients on day-to-day business and legal matters.

In addition to litigation experience, I am well versed in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, having trained at Pepperdine University’s prestigious Straus Institute. I am always looking for fresh and creative ways to defend my clients’ interests, with an aim towards reducing not only my clients’ liability but also their legal spend.

On the personal side, I was born and raised in Southern California, and I have worked at Koeller Nebeker Carlson & Haluck since 2007.  Outside of the office I spend my time trying to make my wife and daughter laugh at my corny jokes, and when that inevitably fails I enjoy consuming all things sports.
