Greg Warner is an associate at the Sacramento office of Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, LLP. Greg primarily handles general liability defense matters, including business litigation, personal injury, contract disputes, and commercial trucking litigation. Greg is the member of and primary responder for KNCH Sacramento’s Emergency Response Team, a team designed to protect commercial trucking entities’ interests after an accident. Greg has successfully resolved a number of high value high value claims through both ADR and dispositive motions.
Greg attended Whitman College in his home state of Washington where he earned his bachelor’s degree in History. Greg later moved to Oregon where he studied law at Willamette University College of Law. While in law school, he worked as a certified law clerk at the Oregon Department of Justice in its Civil Enforcement division. After being admitted to the Oregon bar, Greg accepted the intriguing opportunity to move to California and work for Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, LLP.
Greg is happily married to his wonderful wife, Christa. Greg and Christa are blessed by their children, Bruce and Eloise. Greg and the family love spending time outdoors with their Labrador, George Kenneth Griffey, III. Greg is also an avid basketball fan and plays as often as he can.
