Jason focuses on construction defects, employment matters, contract drafting and revising, personal injury, property damage claims, and construction liability. His practice extends to multiple jurisdictions.  As a seasoned litigator, Jason has successfully represented contractors, public entities, businesses, design professionals, and subcontractors throughout California, Nevada, and Texas.

Before practicing law, Jason worked as an underground construction manager for AT&T. He supervised underground construction crews and utilized competitive bidding principles to install high speed phone, data, and mobile communications equipment.  

Outside of the office, Jason enjoys spending time running along the American River trails.  He has completed five marathons.
