Megan Barnett is a Partner practicing in the firm’s recognized construction litigation group representing developers and general contractors. She defends commercial and residential multi-party construction defect matters. She also handles bodily injury, insurance, and contract claims.

Megan graduated magna cum laude from Whittier Law School in 2013.  She was honored by the faculty as the 2013 Outstanding Graduate in Legal Writing and also served as a Lead Articles Editor for the Whittier Law Review. Prior to law school, Megan earned her undergraduate degree in Law and Society at University of California, Santa Barbara.
