Megan Barnett is an associate practicing in the firm’s recognized construction litigation group representing builders, developers, and general contractors.

Megan grew up in northern California and swam her way onto the University of California, Santa Barbara’s NCAA Division I swim team. While at UC Santa Barbara, she earned her undergraduate degree in Law and Society with a minor in Women Studies. After completing her undergraduate studies, experiences as both a probation officer and complex litigation paralegal were influential in her decision to pursue a legal career.

Megan received her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School and graduated magna cum laude. She was honored by the faculty as the 2013 Outstanding Graduate in Legal Writing and also served as the Lead Articles Editor for the Whittier Law Review.
