Brandon Kerr practices in the areas of general liability and construction litigation. He has represented clients in a broad range of matters involving business disputes, construction defects, lemon law, personal injury, real estate, and trucking/transportation. He has represented major recreational vehicle manufacturers in consumer litigation and defended the nation’s largest homebuilders in construction defect litigation. He has written articles that were published in the Los Angeles Daily Journal, Westlaw Journal Automotive, and The Update – San Diego Defense Lawyers.
Brandon graduated from Pepperdine University School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the Pepperdine Law Review and competed nationally on the Interschool Moot Court Team. He was also awarded the Patti Paniccia Law Scholarship. Prior to law school, he was a varsity member of a California state championship cross-country team.
