Ian P. Gillan is a partner with Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, LLP.  He is licensed to practice in the states of Florida, Nevada, and Connecticut.

Ian is experienced in litigating complex matters in both State and Federal Courts. His practice focuses on the defense of insurers in "bad faith" litigation; the defense of developers in construction defect litigation and appellate matters. Ian also has significant experience handling coverage matters for his clients. 

Ian was born in the town of Cumberland, Rhode Island. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Rhode Island College and his J.D. from Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut. Ian was appointed to the position of Executive Board Editor of the Moot Court Honors Society during law school and participated in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. He received the Outstanding Legal Scholarship; Excellence in Oral Advocacy; and Service to the Law School awards while at Quinnipiac University School of Law.
