Koeller Nebeker Carlson & Haluck, LLP is proud to announce the 1st Annual Golfing for a Cure Tournament at The Lincoln Hills Golf Club on Friday, March 6, 2009 in Lincoln, California. All proceeds from the Tournament will benefit the Foundation for Angelman Syndrome Therapeutics, an organization of families and professionals dedicated to finding a cure for Angelman Syndrome and related disorders through the funding of an aggressive research agenda, education and advocacy.
The course will be limited to 100 golfers for this event, so please complete and return the attached Reservation Form in order to guarantee your participation. Price per individual golfer is $250 ($225 if registered prior to January 1, 2009) and player packages for individual golfers include golf carts, green fees, range balls, live scoring, a box lunch, an event polo shirt, as well as a dinner buffet at the conclusion of the course.
If you are unable to participate in the tournament but would like to be a part of this event, voluntary contributions are accepted and appreciated. Additional information for making contributions can be found on the attached event flier.
