MARK F. ROACH was a charter member of the University of Nevada at Las Vegas’ William S. Boyd School of Law and was first admitted to practice in Nevada in 2002. He has since been admitted to the State Bars of Texas and New Mexico, as well as the United States District Courts of Nevada, New Mexico, and the Western District of Texas. Upon becoming an attorney, Mr. Roach represented individuals in matters of criminal defense, family law, bankruptcy and personal injury. As a member of KNCH, Mr. Roach represents developers, general contractors, and homebuilders in all manners of construction litigation. His work in this field has provided him experience in mediations and AAA arbitrations. Mr. Roach’s clients have included national commercial and residential builders as well as builders that operate locally. In addition to his construction practice, Mr. Roach defends clients in personal injury and general liability matters.
