KNC&H and the 2010 West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar

The 17th Anniversary of West Coast Casualty's Construction Defect Seminar is scheduled for May 13th and 14th, 2010 at the Disneyland Resort. KNC&H is proud to announce that Edward Schmitt has been selected as a featured speaker at this year's event.

Ed Schmitt, a partner out of the Irvine office of KNC&H, will speak on Thursday, May 13th, 2010 at 4:30 PM on a panel discussing "Love Letters in a Post-Montrose World". Ed Schmitt has been an invited speaker at several consecutive WCC Construction Seminars and will be among many returning speakers who will share their experiences and insights during the world's largest peer-to-peer information exchange on construction defect matters.

This year's seminar is focused on the changing landscape of construction defect litigation. It will address those issues deemed to be the most important issues facing the construction defect industry today and we are certain KNC&H's participation in the same will ensure it is another successful event.
