Alex is an associate in the Phoenix office of Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck. He has been a full time civil litigator since starting his practice of law, and has experience handling claims from the early investigation process through resolution. He has represented clients in matters involving personal injury, wrongful death, breach of contract, declaratory relief, coverage disputes, construction defect, and various commercial disputes. Prior to joining Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, Alex was an associate at a Phoenix firm practicing as defense counsel in personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as commercial cases.
Alex enjoys talking through every step of a case with his clients, especially those clients who have little or no experience in litigation. He believes a satisfactory result is only possible when the major stakeholders understand the complex dynamics at play and the risks or benefits of each potential approach.
He was raised in Mesa, Arizona before attending Arizona State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, and then a Juris Doctorate degree in 2019, graduating magna cum laude. As a third-year law student, Alex captained Arizona State University’s Phillip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition eventually competing in the event’s final tournament in Washington D.C.
Outside of work, Alex’s life revolves around his two daughters—Penelope and Ruby. He spends weekends with them and his wife, Chelsea, visiting every playground, park, zoo and museum they can possibly find.
