Andrea Bos is an associate in Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck’s Phoenix office. She is an experienced civil litigator with experience in handling all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, motion practice, oral argument, and appellate matters. She brings to the firm her experience in international and domestic civil cases involving business disputes, contract law, fraud and joint venture agreements, and insurance receivership. Her practice concentrates on insurance defense and insurance subrogation cases.
Andrea attended Arizona State University for her undergraduate degree where she met her husband. After earning her J.D. at the University of Texas at Austin, and practicing law in Austin, Texas and Miami, Florida, Andrea has returned to Arizona.
Outside of work, Andrea enjoys spending time camping, hiking and exploring the great state of Arizona and beyond with her twin toddlers and husband.
