Andrew is a partner in the Las Vegas office at Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP and represents clients throughout the State of the Nevada, including all state and federal district courts. His representation includes all aspects of civil litigation, trial and appeals. His civil litigation and trial experience include first and third party claims, complex multi-party joinder matters, third-party complaint practice, and class actions. He also represents clients for appellate matters, including full briefing and oral argument to the Supreme Court of Nevada and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Andrew also has extensive experience with alternative resolution dispute avenues, including short trials, mediations and arbitrations.
Andrew’s civil litigation and trial experience includes catastrophic personal/bodily injury and property losses, construction defects and damages, toxic torts, product liability, indemnity, insurance claims and contracts, claim handling, and commercial and insurance bad faith claims. At KNCH, he routinely represents local and national corporations and businesses, property owners, insurers, residential and commercial builders, as well as individuals, officers, agents and employees.
In addition to providing strong representation, Andrew provides direct advice and projections by combining accurate analysis of claims, positions and arguments. His breadth of experience provides a uniquely strong grasp of parties’ substantive rights and remedies, and the impact of legal authority, evidence, arguments, and insurance.
Nights and weekends for Andrew are often passed in the service of his friends and family as an amateur handyman and mechanic. He nonetheless knows the ability to obtain tools may not equate to qualifications to use them. Andrew also dedicates substantial effort to convince his wife and children to award him the rank of grill master, but the promotion remains elusive.
