Prior to joining Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP, Andrew represented numerous clients in a wide variety of civil cases involving contract and real estate disputes, civil theft, fraud, insurance disputes, professional malpractice and defamation, discrimination and employment matters. He has represented veterans, police officers, physicians, professional athletes and coaches that have won championships in various sports. He has also successfully represented clients in matters involving the United States Department of Justice, the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, the Florida Department of Health and various school boards. During his time at KNCH, Andrew has gained experience in construction and real estate development litigation.
Andrew was born and raised in Erie, Pennsylvania. He attended Penn State University, where he earned his B.S. (Dean’s List) in Health Policy Administration with an emphasis in Universal Health Care. He then attended The University of Pittsburgh School of Law where Andrew obtained his Juris Doctorate. Upon graduation Andrew moved to Florida and clerked for the Honorable Walter Komanski, who sat on the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida. He has worked for prominent law firms in the Central Florida area and is currently licensed to practice in the State of Florida and United States Middle District of Florida.
In his spare time Andrew enjoys golf, chess and working out.
