Anthony is an associate at Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP working in the San Diego office. He specializes in litigation and arbitration in a wide array of practice areas. Anthony is a an experienced litigator who has represents Fortune 500 companies (Home Depot, Whole Foods and others), closely-held businesses, trucking companies and their employees, and individuals. He handles a breadth of cases, with specific emphasis in defending business owners, contractors, developers, insurers, trucking companies and landlords in claims involving personal injuries, mass tort claims, residential and commercial construction projects, insurance disputes and landlord/tenant conflicts.
With over 5 years of litigation and arbitration experience. His philosophy has always been the same; achieve specific client objectives in the most efficient manner possible. To that end, he works to resolve cases early on, but will litigate through trial, if necessary.
Anthony completed his undergraduate studies at the United States Coast Guard Academy majoring in Government/International Affairs. After graduation, Anthony served as a Naval Engineer and Officer in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he served as a Damage Control Assistant on the USCGC MIDGETT (WHEC-726) and as a Port Engineer for the Patrol Boat Product Line for the entire state of California. During his time as a Port Engineer, Anthony supervised contract availabilities (including dockside and drydock availabilities) of fourteen cutters throughout California. Upon separation from the Coast Guard in 2017, Anthony chose to pursue a career as a lawyer, and graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2020.
When not in his office or a courtroom, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports, hiking, and traveling. Anthony’s hobbies include rowing, golf, soccer, and watching movies and TV shows with his wife and kids. Anthony is an avid supporter of the Padres, Chargers, and Liverpool FC.
