Brad is a partner in the Orlando, Florida office at Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP, and he represents clients throughout the State of Florida, including all State and Federal Courts. His practice areas include Premises Liability & Hospitality Claims Litigation, Insurance Defense and Insurance Coverage, Catastrophic Injury Litigation, and Construction Defect Litigation. Brad has an extensive trial background originating as a State Prosecutor in Orange and Osceola Counties. During his career he has tried nearly 100 jury trials and dozens of non-jury trials. He has always focused on obtaining outstanding results for his clients through hard work, attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Brad is a native Floridian but grew up in an Army family and traveled around for much of his youth. Before joining KNCH, in addition to his experiences as a State Prosecutor he gained valuable litigation experience while working for some of the largest insurance carriers as a Senior Trial Attorney.
Outside the firm, Brad enjoys traveling with his wife and two sons, playing and watching all sports, and deep-sea fishing.
