Brian joined Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck’s Orlando office as an associate after spending multiple years representing insurance companies and insureds, including trucking companies, in various personal injury matters, including auto accidents and premises liability slip-and-fall cases. His representation and responsibilities included conducting pre-suit investigations to obtain and preserve critical evidence, working with clients to develop case strategy, discovery and motion practice, deposing opposing parties and key witnesses, and successfully negotiating and mediating cases.
He believes that integrity, diligence, determination, and consistency are the keys to successful law practice and that those traits have led to numerous successful resolutions for his clients.
Brian was born in Naples, Florida but has lived in the Orlando-area since the early 2000s. He is the youngest of three in a very sports-centric family and he believes that his upbringing around sports is the reason for his competitive nature.
Brian attended college at the University of Central Florida and earned his B.A. in History along with a minor in Russian Studies. He then attended the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law and upon receiving his J.D., he went on to work as an Assistant State Attorney for the State Attorney’s Office of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, Florida. There, he gained invaluable trial and courtroom experience as prosecuted crimes ranging from DUI’s and misdemeanors to felonies. Brian then changed course and began working in the civil defense realm.
He is a zealous sports fan and rarely misses a Pittsburgh Penguins, Penn State football, or Tampa Bay Buccaneers game. He is also an avid outdoorsman so if Brian is not catching the game, he is spending his time outdoors with his Siberian husky, Drago.
