Cullan is an associate with Koeller, Nebeker, Carlson & Haluck, LLP. His practice areas include Construction Litigation, Premises Liability & Hospitality Claims Litigation, Insurance Coverage, and Catastrophic Injury & Accident Litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Cullan gained important experience during his externships in law school. During his time as a judicial extern for the Honorable Julie M. McKay in the Spokane County Superior Court, Cullan was able to observe several trials and numerous hearings, while also receiving invaluable advice from the judicial perspective. Cullan also had the privilege of externing for the Spokane County Public Defender’s Office, where he worked with his supervisor in the Therapeutic Court Department and learned about the importance of client communication, zealous advocacy, and fighting for a just result. These critical experiences have helped to shape Cullan into a passionate attorney who is committed to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients.
Cullan was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. In high school, he was on the football and tennis teams. Cullan attended college at Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana, where he earned his B.S. in Economics and graduated with Honors distinction. After college, he attended Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. While in law school, Cullan was on the executive board of the Gonzaga Journal of International Law as an Articles Editor and contributed to several publications.
Outside of work, you can find Cullan on the tennis court playing singles or doubles with friends and competitors. He also enjoys playing chess, exercising, watching sports, and being a fan of the Vegas Golden Knights and Chicago sports teams. In addition, he spends time with his family, friends, and wonderful Whoodle, Rizzo.
