Dan is an associate in Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP’s San Diego office. He is a seasoned litigator whose experience spans several practice areas, including personal injury, complex business disputes, securities, and antitrust matters. He has always focused on obtaining exceptional results for his clients through hard work, attention to detail, creative thinking, and integrity.

 

Dan grew up in Minnesota and got his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Political Science. He moved to San Diego after college, where he received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law. During law school, Dan spent two years volunteering at a Guardianship Clinic and participated in USD’s international education program, spending a summer in London, England studying International and Comparative Law. While studying abroad, he also ran with the bulls in Pamplona, Spain.

 

Outside of work, Dan enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors with his wife and rescue dog Sandy. He is an avid sports fan, with his favorite teams being the Minnesota Vikings and Timberwolves, the San Diego Gulls and Padres, and the Wisconsin Badgers. He also enjoys music, traveling, playing tennis, and playing and coaching ice hockey.
