Daniella is an associate at Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP in the Irvine office handling construction litigation and general defense cases. She represents general contractors and subcontractors in a variety of matters such as personal injury, construction defect, and insurance disputes. Prior to joining KNCH, Daniella practiced business, estate, and personal injury litigation.
Daniella is a firm believer in the importance of perseverance and creativity, which is evident in her work as a litigator.
Born and raised in Southern California, Daniella graduated from the University of California Riverside with a Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Creative Writing. She spent a quarter interning for the California Governor’s Office as part of the UC Scholar Intern program. She received her Juris Doctorate from University of California Davis School of Law.
Outside of work, Daniella is an avid theater fan and sees as many as shows as she can. She also enjoys rollerblading, trivia competitions, and spending time with her family.
