Donald is an attorney with Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP based in the Orlando office. His practice areas include Construction Litigation, Commercial Injury Claims and Litigation, and Personal Injury Litigation. Prior to joining KNCH, Donald was an Assistant Public Defender in the Ninth Judicial Circuit of Florida and has extensive experience defending insurers in first-party property litigation.
At KNCH, Donald represents national developers and general contractors in all phases of residential and commercial construction litigation. He has also represented policyholders in insurance coverage disputes and defended personal injury matters in industrial and construction settings. He focuses his practice on being conscientious, resolute, and hard-working to achieve the best results for his clients.
Donald was born in Philadelphia and raised in Windermere, Florida, just outside of Orlando. He attended Florida State University where he earned in B.A. in English Literature. He then attended Barry University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. During law school, he was selected as a Dean’s Study Fellow to assist first year law students. He was also an associate editor and then senior editor on Barry Law Review. While in law school, Donald interned with the Honorable Leticia J. Marques of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, working alongside her researching, analyzing, and briefing complex legal issues and disputes.
Outside of the office, Donald enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cheering for FSU sports teams, attending live sporting events and live music, traveling, and enjoying the numerous chain of lakes Central Florida has to offer.
