Doug is a partner with Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP in the Irvine office. His practice areas include construction litigation, commercial injury claims and litigation, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation and personal injury litigation.
His extensive experience in the representation of national developers and general contractors in all phases of residential and commercial construction litigation is an asset to KNCH. Doug has also represented policyholders in insurance coverage disputes and defended personal injury matters in industrial and construction settings. He has always focused on obtaining outstanding results for his clients through hard work, attention to detail and creative thinking.
Doug was born and raised in Irvine, California where he loved to play sports, especially basketball. In high school, he was named as an all-league basketball player. Doug attended college at San Diego State University, where he earned his B.A. in Business Administration. After college, he attended California Western School of Law. While in law school, Doug worked for the Honorable Jan Goldsmith, who was elected as the San Diego City Attorney in 2008.
Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife and children. In addition, he is an avid sports fan, and is especially fond of Lakers basketball and USC football.
