Eileen is a partner at Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP practicing in the Las Vegas, Nevada office. She has represented general contractors and residential developers in southern Nevada since 2006. She has extensive experience in handling commercial liability insurance coverage claims and policy benefits, declaratory relief actions, commercial transportation, and products liability. Eileen also focuses on providing consulting services to property owners and businesses in contract negotiation and evaluating and coordinating pre-litigation and risk management strategies, as well as providing advice on reaching resolution of transactional matters including contractual breaches, business practices, and real estate acquisition. She has considerable appellate law experience in the areas of family law and construction law.
Eileen is dedicated to advancing the objectives of clients through creating strategies for successful litigation and prompt resolution of complex disputes. Eileen has counseled developers and general contractor clients in promptly resolving complex litigation and pre-litigation disputes venued in Southern and Northern Nevada. She is well-qualified to handle any matter arising from building and construction activities including compliance with state and federal regulations and unique issues pertaining to self-insured entities, design professionals, and independent contractors.
Eileen grew up in northern Nevada and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a B.A. in Criminal Justice. While completing her undergraduate studies she performed pre-sentencing investigations as an intern with the Nevada State Department of Parole and Probation. She then went on to receive her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. Her areas of special interest were constitutional law, civil rights, and labor relations law.
While remaining passionate and committed to her legal career, outside of work, Eileen enjoys reading, music, and traveling.
