Meet Gregory K. Koeller

Gregory K. Koeller

During his time at Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP, Greg has gained experience in all aspects of the litigation process, including preliminary investigations, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, motions for summary judgement, trial and appeals.  Greg has represented the County of Orange, its departments and its employees in a wide variety of cases, including civil rights, personal injury, and employment.  He has also represented Home Depot, Sprouts Farmers Market, and large trucking companies in a variety of personal injury related lawsuits.

Greg is a firm believer in the importance of hard-work, honesty, and dedication.  As a result, he has obtained numerous dismissals and judgments in favor of his clients while also successfully negotiating and settling cases.  He has exhibited very persuasive writing skills and has been very successful arguing motions and briefs in front of the court.

Greg was born and raised in Irvine, California, and is the youngest of five siblings.  Growing up, he participated in a wide-variety of competitive sports, and he attributes his hard-working and competitive nature to his early involvement in athletics.

Greg attended college at the University of California Santa Barbara, where he earned his B.A. (Dean’s List) in Economics.  He then attended Chapman University School of Law, where in addition to earning his law degree, Greg completed the Advocacy and Dispute Resolution Emphasis.  During this time, he clerked for the Honorable Kim G. Dunning, who sat on the Complex Civil Litigation Panel at Orange County Superior Court.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys travelling around the world with his wife and experiencing an assortment of different foods and cultures.  He is an avid sports fan and loves spending time cheering for the Los Angeles Lakers with his friends and family.
