Jackson is a rising associate in the Orlando office of Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck LLP. His practice areas include Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation, and Insurance Coverage.
His extensive experience in the representation of national developers, general contractors, and local governments in all phases of residential, commercial, and public construction projects is a tremendous asset to the firm. Prior to joining KNCH, Jackson had the invaluable experience of working for some of the nation’s preeminent Construction Litigation firms, including U.S. News’ “Top Law Firm of the Year” for construction law in 2020-2021. He has always focused on obtaining outstanding results for his clients through hard work, attention to detail, and creative thinking.
While born and raised in Orlando, Jackson has lived and traveled around the world, including studying international governance in the Netherlands and teaching English in South Korea. In high school, he was an accomplished rower, winning the state championship twice and being named captain of his crew team his senior year. Jackson attended college at Florida State University (Go ‘Noles!), where he earned his B.A. in English Literature, graduating with academic honors. Jackson attended law school at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., where he externed with the U.S. International Trade Commission and the nonprofit Aequitas. Through his hard work and perseverance, Jackson graduated cum laude in May 2020.
Outside of work, Jackson is also committed to mission and volunteerism. He currently volunteers his time with the youth program at the Coalition for the Homeless and is a Big Brother with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Central Florida. He enjoys travelling, collecting art, playing tennis, and watching movies. In addition, he is an avid sports fan, and is especially fond of the Orlando Magic and FSU football.
