During his time at Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP, James has gained experience in the litigation process, including preliminary investigations, discovery, and motions for summary judgement. James has represented various insurance companies in a variety of personal injury related lawsuits.
His positive attitude and work ethic allow him to efficiently and knowledgably work through issues involved in settling diverse and complex cases. His pragmatic and results-driven approach allows him to find resolutions and work with opposing counsel to move cases forward in an efficient and practical manner.
Born in Texas, James relocated several times before settling in California in 2011. His time as a professional athlete and musician have taught him the importance of balancing the intensity and stress of competitive events and live performances with the need to remain clear-thinking and focused.
James attended college at California State University San Bernardino, where he earned his B.A. (Dean’s List) in Psychology. He then attended Chapman University School of Law, where he earned his law degree. During this time, he clerked at KNCH during each of his summer breaks.
Outside of work, James enjoys motocross, downhill mountain biking, snowboarding, wake surfing, music production and live performance.
