Partner

Prior to joining Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, Karin began her career as a paralegal where her experience focused on consumer bankruptcy.  Twenty years later she attended Northwestern California University School of Law where she earned both her B.S. in Law and her Juris Doctor.  During her time at KNCH, she has gained experience in all aspects of civil litigation and has worked tirelessly to defend her clients.  She has been a speaker on many educational panels and has written several published articles relating to bankruptcy matters.

Karin has been heavily involved in volunteer work at the Bankruptcy Court’s Pro Se Help Desk in the Eastern District of California and with WEAVE, a non-profit organization providing support, counseling and workshops for victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.  Her dedication to the community, work ethic and her integrity is evident to her clients, colleagues and friends.

Born and raised in Northern California, Karin is the oldest of three siblings.  Growing up, she participated in soccer and cheerleading and enjoyed camping and boating with her family.  When she is away from the office, Karin enjoys snowboarding, wakeboarding and waterskiing with her husband, family and friends.
