During her time at Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP, Katrina has gained experience in all aspects of risk management and litigation, including pre-litigation negotiations, preliminary investigations, discovery, expert investigations, settlement negotiations, and mediation. She has represented Swinerton Builders in a variety of cases, including personal injury and construction defect. She has also represented McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. and local construction companies in personal injury and construction defect matters.
Katrina believes in bringing creative solutions, attention to detail, and hard work to every endeavor she encounters. She strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients in all stages of claims and litigation.
Born and raised in Santa Barbara, California, Katrina has always enjoyed living near the beach. She attended Cal State Long Beach, where she graduated cum laude and earned her B.A. in International Studies with an emphasis in Environmental Issues. She then attended Chapman University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. While studying at Chapman, Katrina competed on the Alternative Dispute Resolution competition team. She also participated in Chapman’s Mediation Clinic, where she resolved a variety of unlawful detainer and small claims cases as a certified mediator at Orange County Superior Court.
Outside of work, Katrina enjoys yoga, paddle boarding and hiking around Orange County
