In 1986, Keith Koeller founded Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP focusing on the representation of developers and general contractors in residential and commercial construction litigation. Over the years, he has had the privilege of handling many extremely complex and interesting cases, while guiding the expansion of the firm, which now includes over 80 attorneys, over 200 employees, with offices in California, Nevada, Arizona, Florida, and Texas.
In high school and college, Keith had an interest in both the law and business. Fortunately, he has been blessed with the opportunity to pursue both. As an undergraduate, he attended the University of Southern California, where he earned his B.A. in Political Science, magna cum laude and continued on to graduate from Loyola Law School, with his J.D.
At the helm of the firm, he has led KNCH and the success of the firm with his exemplary display of the ethics of hard work, faith, honesty, and fairness. These values have governed his journey and Keith is thankful for all of those he has had an opportunity to grow with along the way.
Keith and his wife have raised five children and established deep roots in the community. They have served their church, coached numerous youth athletic teams, and enjoyed countless opportunities to serve others.
In 2021 Keith retired from the firm to become a fulltime mediator, arbitrator and special master at JAMS. He is most thankful for the successful succession of leadership and client representation responsibilities to so many talented partners, which he has had the privilege of watching grow into leaders and attorneys of great integrity and character.
