Kelsey is an associate at Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP in the Irvine office, handling construction litigation and general defense cases. She represents general contractors and subcontractors in a variety of matters such as personal injury, construction defect, and insurance disputes. Prior to joining KNCH, Kelsey practiced criminal defense and workers’ compensation litigation.
Through communication and dedication, Kelsey’s focus is on obtaining outstanding results for her clients.
Kelsey was born and raised in northern California. She attended college at Chico State University, where she earned her B.A. in Political Science with an emphasis in Criminal Justice. She then went on to Golden Gate University for law school. While in law school, Kelsey participated in GGU’s honors litigation program, which propelled her into a career in litigation.
Outside of work, Kelsey enjoys live music and travelling. In addition, she is an avid San Francisco 49ers fan.
