Meet Kelsey L. Kuberka

Kelsey L. Kuberka

Associate

In 2022, Kelsey (“Kay”) joined Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck LLC as a seasoned litigator.  Her primary practice encompasses litigation of Insurance Coverage & Related Matters under California’s Uninsured & Underinsured Motorist Coverage.  She also practices general litigation and arbitration of a wide array of civil cases.

Kay was born and raised in the Mid-West, until moving to San Diego in 2014. While attending the University of Minnesota, Duluth’s Chemical Engineering program, Kay found herself auditioning for the University’s Mock Trial Team and competing across Minnesota.  It did not take long for her to realize litigation was her calling.  After college, Kay followed her passion to San Diego, where she graduated Cum Laude and has since earned esteem for her wit, creativity, and big-picture thinking.

Her uplifting energy allows Kay to work with antagonistic counsel and tenacious litigants.  Kay has represented clients throughout California, in each of the United States District Courts of California, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Kay enjoys applying her creativity to various projects outside the office, from crafting to woodworking.  She enjoys spending time with her pup, Piper, and spending quality time with those closest to her.
