Kimberly is a partner in the Sacramento office of Koeller Nebeker Carlson Halluck, LLP. She brings her extensive background in handling both Plaintiffs and Defendants in civil litigation cases to assist her clients in navigating through the litigation process.
Law is Kimberly’s second career. She began riding horses at the age of three, and while attending Cal Poly, Pomona, Kimberly was the leading rider on the intercollegiate horseshow team. She was the Courage Award recipient for the American Cancer Society, Riverside/San Bernardino Chapter which included attending charity functions as speaker on various cancer topics, and was also Miss Appaloosa America, traveling the US and abroad representing the organization. Kimberly eventually became a professional horse trainer in Southern California and upon moving to Northern California, she continued riding as a non-pro/amateur. She has earned 28 National and World Championships in both English and Western Disciplines. She then turned her attention towards law school and attended Western State University where she was the teaching assistant for Legal Writing and Research and was a representative for Flemings Bar Review. This background assists in Kimberly in equine related civil litigation.
She regularly handles civil litigation cases involving catastrophic injury and accidents, including automobile and trucking accidents, construction site accidents and other general civil matters. Kimberly also handles premises liability and professional liability claims for KNCH clients and has experience in product liability and construction litigation. Skilled in negotiations, Kimberly is often called upon to represent clients in mediation and other dispute resolution avenues.
During her free time, Kimberly loves to travel to far off locations, scuba dive, go camping, reading and being bossed around by her two miniature dachshunds.
