Kiri is an associate in Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck’s Phoenix office. She is an experienced civil litigator who handles all aspects of the litigation process, including pre-litigation negotiations, dispositive motion filings, discovery, depositions, and oral arguments. Additionally, Kiri serves as outside counsel for a number of small, medium, and big companies, tackling a broad range of legal issues in numerous industries. In this role, Kiri assists business owners with the formation and startup of new businesses, provides day-to-day legal advice, and prepares contracts and other legal documents for the organization.
Kiri was born and raised in Arizona and attended Arizona State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies. After college, she attended California Western School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree in 2014.
Outside of work, Kiri enjoys spending time with her fiancé and their dachshund Francis, lifting weights, and hosting social events.
