Kyle is an Associate with Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck in the Phoenix office. His practice areas include Professional Liability, Commercial Injury Claims and Litigation, Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Litigation and Catastrophic Injury & Accident Litigation.
He has experience in all phases of insurance and commercial litigation, particularly in defending insurance carriers against bad faith claims. Kyle’s work in the insurance field has seen him represent a wide-ranging array of clients, including homeowner’s associations, corporations, and real estate professionals. His background and experience have helped him develop the skills to pursue outstanding results for clients using his work ethic and problem-solving ability.
Kyle was born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona where he loved to play sports, especially football and basketball. He attended college at the University of Alabama, where he earned his B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration, majoring in Finance with specializations in Real Estate and Economics. After college, he attended and graduated cum laude from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. While in law school, Kyle was an Associate Editor for the Arizona State Corporate and Business Law Journal.
Outside of work, Kyle enjoys playing golf and spending time with his family. In addition, he is an avid sports fan, and is especially fond of Alabama football and his hometown Arizona Cardinals and Phoenix Suns.
