Kynsie M. Lovell


Kynsie is an associate in Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP in the Sacramento office.  Her practice focuses on general civil defense litigation matters including property damage and personal injury claims.  She also represents builders, developers, and general contractors in commercial and residential construction defect litigation.  Kynsie has a demonstrated interest in environmental, land use, and business litigation, which makes her an asset to the firm.

She grew up in Northern California and has always understood and practiced the values of hard work and dedication.  Kynsie is driven to use her experience and knowledge to find effective solutions to complex legal issues on behalf of her clients.

Kynsie graduated from California State University, Chico with a B.A. in History and Sociology.  She then went on to earn her law degree from McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, with Distinction, where she participated in Moot Court as a competitor and board member.  During this time, and until she joined KNCH, she has gained experience in representing county departments in defense and prosecution of civil matters including initiating and conducting hearings and administrative interviews.

Outside of work, Kynsie enjoys traveling, reading, and competing in various sports.
