Meet Mark F. Roach

Mark F. Roach

Mark joined the Las Vegas office of Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP in 2007.  His practice includes representing developers, general contractors, and homebuilders in all manners of construction litigation.  His clients at KNCH have included national commercial and residential builders, as well as builders that operate locally.  Mark also practices insurance defense, defending individuals, businesses, and municipalities in personal injury matters.  While he prepares each case as if it will proceed to trial, he is also experienced in mediations and arbitrations.

A near-native of Las Vegas, Mark is an alumnus of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  Following a first career in public education, he graduated from UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law and joined the legal profession.  Early in his legal carrier he practiced in the areas of criminal defense, family law, bankruptcy, and personal injury.

Mark is active in the Nevada Contractors Association, the Southern Nevada Homebuilders Association and he participates in pro-bono events sponsored by the Southern Nevada Veterans Hospital.  He is also a mentor attorney in the State Bar of Nevada’s Transitioning into Practice program, wherein new attorneys are paired with an experienced attorney to assist them during their first year of practice.

Outside of the office, Mark enjoys woodworking, guitar, Major League Baseball, and volunteers as a leader in his son’s Cub Scout Pack.
