Max joined Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck in the Phoenix office following his graduation from law school. Since joining the firm, he has gained experience in all aspects of the litigation process, including preliminary investigations, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediation, and motion practice.
He is a firm believer that hard-work, communication, and honesty are the keys to successfully representing his clients’ interests.
Max was born and raised in Flagstaff, Arizona and is one of four siblings. Growing up, he participated in a wide range of competitive sports and leadership activities in the Flagstaff community. He then attended Northern Arizona University where he earned his B.S.B.A. in Finance, and worked in the Athletic Department as a marketing and sponsorship intern.
Following undergrad, Max attended Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law where he earned numerous academic awards and graduated Cum Laude. While in law school, he served as an executive editor for Jurimetrics: The Journal of Law, Science, and Technology of the ABA and was also a Managing and Founding Editor of the Corporate and Business Law Journal. Max also participated in the Civil Litigation Clinic, which provides pro bono services to low income individuals in the Phoenix community who do not have access to legal representation.
Outside of work, Max enjoys cooking, crossword puzzles, and almost every HBO original series. He loves spending time with this family, friends, and his dog, Jude. Above all, he is an avid sports fan, and loves nothing more than Chicago Bears Football.
