Megan is a partner practicing in the Irvine office of Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP in the recognized construction litigation group, representing developers and general contractors. She defends commercial and residential multi-party construction defect matters. She also handles bodily injury, insurance, and contract claims.
She grew up in northern California and swam her way onto the University of California, Santa Barbara’s NCAA Division I swim team. While at UC Santa Barbara, Megan earned her undergraduate degree in Law and Society with a minor in Women Studies. After completing her undergraduate studies, she worked as both a probation officer and complex litigation paralegal, both experiences were influential in her decision to pursue a legal career.
Megan graduated magna cum laude from Whittier Law School in 2013. She was honored by the faculty as the 2013 Outstanding Graduate in Legal Writing and also served as a Lead Articles Editor for the Whittier Law Review.
In her free time, Megan likes to give back to the legal community presenting lectures on contracts to first year law students and has also served as the Citations Editor for the Journal of American Law. Megan also enjoys baking and spending time with her friends and family.
