Michael joined Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP in the Las Vegas office following his graduation from law school. During his time at the firm, he has gained valuable experience in all aspects of litigation, including preliminary investigations, dispositive motion filings, discovery, expert investigations, and settlement negotiations.
He believes that bringing creative perspectives and strategies to situations is critical to obtaining the best possible results for his clients. Michael strives to provide the best possible outcome for his clients through effective communication and motion practice. He endeavors to maintain mutual respect, confidence, and professionalism throughout his relationships with his clients.
Michael was born in Panorama City, California and raised in Oxnard, California where he loved to play sports, especially football. After high school, he attended the University of Redlands where he played defensive end for the football team while he attained his B.A. in Political Science. After college, he attended the Gonzaga University School of Law in Spokane, Washington. While he was in law school, he was subjected to various practice areas from his internship experiences including immigration, estate planning, and criminal defense.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time with his family and loved ones, travelling, snowboarding, and boating. During fall, it is common to find Michael glued to the couch all day watching football as he is an avid football fan. He supports the San Francisco 49ers.
