Mike joined Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP in 2019 and is located in the Las Vegas office. His practice includes construction and insurance litigation, business transactions and general civil defense. Mike’s practice is centered on careful attention to the facts of the case, diligent research and analysis, and, above all, implementing innovative and effective client solutions. Mike’s daily practice includes, among others, pre-trial discovery, motion research, writing and argument, trial preparation, dispute resolution and settlement, contract creation and negotiation, and transactional facilitation.
After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and his law degree from the University of California, Davis School of Law, Mike moved to Nevada in 2019. During law school, he interned with the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office and Legal Services of Northern California. As a Board Member of the King Hall Legal Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit operated by UC Davis law students, he helped to raise nearly $100,000 to support access to legal services for underserved communities.
In his spare time, Mike enjoys spending time with his family and dogs, hiking, politics and supporting the Vegas Golden Knights, Las Vegas Raiders and Cal Bears football team.
