Meet Nicholas A. Prukop

Nicholas A. Prukop

Nick is an associate with Koeller Nebeker Carlson & Haluck, LLP, in the firm’s San Diego office.  Since joining the firm, his practice has focused on the defense of individuals, businesses, and insurance companies through a wide variety of legal disputes, primarily involving construction defect, personal injury, and contract related issues.

His attention to detail, creative problem-solving techniques, and resolve to continuously realize his client’s goals serve his team well in multiple arenas.  Nick enjoys utilizing his ability to ease concern and fight on through the most daunting of obstacles.

Born and raised in south Orange County, Nick graduated from University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration, a minor in Sports Media Studies, and an obsession with Trojan athletics.  Immediately continuing to the University of Virginia School of Law where he served on the senior managerial boards of both the Virginia Tax Review journal and West Coast Wahoos student organization, Nick rounded out his legal training with a judicial clerkship in the Washington D.C. area before eagerly returning home to Southern California.

Outside of work, Nick loves the company of his friends and family, the California sunshine, and his always energetic puppy, Reggie.  If it isn’t football season, his free time is occupied with exploration, live music, and/or the beach.
