Nick is an attorney in Koeller Nebeker Carlson & Haluck LLP’s San Diego office with experience in all facets of litigation, including preliminary investigations, discovery, depositions, settlement negotiations, mediations, motions for summary judgment, and trials. He has represented clients in litigation and arbitration involving a wide range of insurance defense matters as well as other cases involving business disputes, professional negligence, contract claims, personal injury, employment claims, and other defense matters.
Originally from the Bay Area, Nick graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, and he obtained his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law while working as a financial investigator for the California Attorney General’s Office. He also clerked for two San Francisco Superior Court judges during his time in law school.
Nick is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, as well as the United States District Courts for the Central, Southern and Eastern Districts of California. He is a member of San Diego County Bar Association and has participated in trial advocacy programs through the San Diego County Bar Association, the San Diego Inn of Court, and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
