Meet Nikki K. Orr

Nikki K. Orr

Associate

Nikki is an attorney in Koeller Nebeker Carlson & Haluck, LLP’s Irvine Office.  She is licensed to practice in California (including the Central District of California), Arizona, and Idaho, and has vast experience in a variety of practice areas including personal injury defense, premises liability, construction defect litigation, and wills/trusts/estates/probate litigation.

She is committed to achieving the best outcome for her clients through teamwork and communication. During her time with the firm, she has prevailed on numerous Demurrers and Summary Judgment Motions.  In 2021, Nikki was as an integral part of the KNCH team responsible for successfully challenging the decision of the Superior Court which denied a client’s motion for summary judgment.  In this published case, the trial court was directed by the California Court of Appeals to enter summary judgment in favor of the client and the client was to recover its costs in the original proceeding.

Nikki grew up in Dana Point, California.  After graduating high school, she ventured out to Fort Worth, Texas where she played four years of NCAA Division I Soccer and earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Studies with a Minor in Business from Texas Christian University.  Shortly after commencement, Nikki returned to California, where she worked a short stint in marketing for a Landscape Architecture firm.

After a few years back on the West Coast, Nikki decided to pursue a career in law.  She attended Chapman University Fowler School of Law where she obtained an emphasis in both Advocacy & Dispute Resolution and Criminal Law, and received a commitment to public service award.

Apart from working, Nikki enjoys hiking, skiing, paddle boarding, watching and playing sports, and spending time with friends and family.
