Meet Nina L. Terzian

Nina L. Terzian

Associate

Nina is an associate at Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP in the Las Vegas office.  She represents clients in many industries including hospitality, real estate development, construction, and insurance.  She has gained valuable experience at the firm in risk management and litigation, including preliminary investigations, discovery, and motions practice in an array of substantive and procedural issues.

Nina values candor, meticulous research, and deliberate strategy.  She strives to achieve optimal outcomes for clients at each stage of a claim or litigation by continuously expanding her skills and engaging in constructive communication.

Originally from Providence, Rhode Island, Nina moved to the Las Vegas area as a teenager.  After adjusting to the transition, Nina joined her high school’s speech and debate team, which inspired her interest in civic engagement.  Nina earned her B.A. in Political Science at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.  During college, she developed strong ties to the Las Vegas community, which continued while Nina attended UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law.  As a law student, Nina served as a Certified Student Attorney and on the executive board for the law school’s LGBTQ+ student organization, OUTLaws.

In her free time, Nina enjoys meaningful conversations, doing yoga, studying nature, crochet, and trying new recipes with friends and family.
