Rafael Garcia-Salgado is an experienced defense litigator whose expertise spans several practice areas, including complex business disputes, professional liability, personal injury, product liability, construction defect, and transportation matters.  Rafael has significant trial experience, but emphasizes early case resolution to minimize clients’ liability.

 

Before joining KNCH, Rafael was an attorney at a few national law firms. Additionally, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Margaret M. Mann, former chief judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of California.  Rafael is a 2011 graduate of Cornell University’s law and business schools, and a 2007 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s College of Arts and Sciences.
