Richard is an associate with Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck in the Phoenix office. His practice areas are Personal Injury Litigation and Commercial Litigation.
He has extensive experience in handling insurance defense matters ranging from commercial disputes to professional liability and personal injury litigation. His main focus is on achieving the best results for the clients through hard work, attention to detail and thinking outside the box.
Richard was born and raised in Denver, Colorado where he enjoyed skiing at the great mountain resorts and hiking and biking in the fresh air of the picturesque Rocky Mountains. He attended the University of Colorado where he earned a B.A. in Philosophy. Richard obtained his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law. During law school and immediately upon graduation, he clerked for the Honorable Sherman G. Finesilver, United States District Court Judge for the District of Colorado.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys swimming, hiking and total workouts at the gym.
