Richelle is an associate attorney with Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP, in the Orlando office. Her practice areas include Construction Litigation, Insurance Coverage, and General Liability.
Before joining KNCH, Richelle represented and defended insurance companies and various Florida government departments in personal injury matters such as negligence, vicarious liability, automobile/trucking accidents, and premises liability. She has worked thoroughly and diligently to determine creative defense strategies for her clients. She continues to dedicate her practice to being hard-working, passionate, and attentive to details to effectively represent her clients.
Richelle was born and raised in Maryland and relocated to Florida for the next chapter of her life after high school. She earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of Central Florida in 2018, majoring in Legal Studies with a minor in Political Science and Pre-Law. She obtained her Juris Doctor from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, in 2022 and was admitted to the Florida Bar the same year. While in law school, Richelle served as a Teaching Assistant, a Dean’s Writing Fellow, and a Student Clinician at one of the school’s legal clinics, where she obtained practical legal experience.
Outside of work, Richelle enjoys spending time with her family, loved ones, and friends. She enjoys being outdoors, going to Florida’s beaches, and especially visiting the local amusement parks.
