Rose is an associate in Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP’s San Diego office. She represents insurance companies in a variety of construction defect, personal injury, and contract related cases. Rose strives to be the best advocate for her clients and believes this can be achieved through hard work, integrity, loyalty, and dedication.
Rose was born and raised in Long Beach, California. She graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbra with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Feminist Studies. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego in 2021. While attending USD, Rose was an executive board member for USD’s Appellate Moot Court and competed against various countries in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.
Prior to becoming an attorney at KNCH, Rose worked as a law clerk at the San Diego office for two years while in law school.
Outside of work, Rose enjoys stand-up paddle boarding, hiking, hot yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
