Stephanie is a partner with Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP and primarily works out of the Sacramento and Oakland offices. Her work and trial experience is civil litigation matters, primarily focusing on complex construction litigation.

Her construction litigation cases involve the representation of commercial and residential builders and developers in construction defect claims.  She also assists clients in navigating issues of risk management and contract formation/disputes.  She is sensitive to her clients’ reputations and ongoing business activities when resolving disputes.

Stephanie was born and raised in Northern California, and has always been involved in the construction industry.  Having been raised by a third generation civil engineer and contractor, Stephanie grew up attending construction meetings, visiting job-sites, participating in bid-submissions and surveying future projects with her father.

She remained in Northern California for her education, attending UC Davis for undergraduate and then the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law for her law degree.  During her educational years, Stephanie continued her ties with the construction industry and brings her significant construction background to her litigation practice.

Outside of the office, Stephanie values her time with her family and enjoying the outdoors.
