Tazio A. Heller

Tazio is an associate in Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP’s Orlando and Miami offices.  He is part of the Construction Litigation practice group, focusing on all aspects of the litigation process, including preliminary investigations, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations.  Before joining KNCH, Tazio represented some of Florida’s largest insurance companies in all phases of litigation.

He believes that communication, promptness, and attention to detail are necessary skills in being an effective advocate for clients.

Tazio was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. Growing up, he played competitive golf with a dream of playing in college.  He attended Rhodes College, in Memphis Tennessee, where he was a member of the men’s varsity golf team.  He received his B.A. in International Studies.  Tazio then went on to attend the University of Miami School of Law, where he received his law degree and completed the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Concentration.  While at law school, he was a Quarterfinalist in the 2020 John T. Gaubatz Moot Court Competition.  Tazio developed his passion for litigation as a judicial intern in both the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.

Outside of work, Tazio enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants with friends.  He is an avid sports fans and enjoys watching professional football, especially his hometown Denver Broncos.
