Valeska is an associate with Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP.  Her practice areas include Construction Litigation, Premises Liability & Hospitality Claims Litigation, Insurance Coverage and Catastrophic Injury Litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Valeska was an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. During her time there, Valeska gained invaluable trial experience, including prosecuting high-profile cases with the Public Corruption Unit in Miami.  Her tenacious attitude and experience in and out of the courtroom make her an asset to the firm.  She is a committed and zealous attorney in assuring the best possible results for her clients.

Valeska was raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. In high school, she was on the tennis and swim teams. Valeska attended college at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where she earned her B.A. in Criminal Justice.  After college, she attended Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad School of Law in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  While in law school, Valeska was on the executive board of the Student Bar Association, President of the Christian Legal Society and a member of the NSU Trial Association.

Outside of work, Valeska enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and Goldendoodle, Charlie.  In addition, she enjoys kickboxing, traveling, the outdoors and is a fan of the Vegas Golden Knights hockey and Miami Heat basketball.
